How
to Build Muscle mass
"Get huge and Build Muscle Mass"
What makes FastMuscles as a "weight gain/ muscle mass program" Different?
Many know that FastMuscles
is far different than a conventional muscle mass workout routine. This is because
the results it generates is far greater than a conventional workout routine.
The main ideology behind FastMuscles is learning how to threaten the survival
mechanism of the Muscles. Once you learn how to use T.S.M(Threaten Survival
Mechanism ) results are almost immediate. Muscles do not take years to manifest-Many
authors in magazines claim that a 5 pound gain of muscle mass gain is realistic
in a year.
But what do you expect: "For mediocre "muscle mass" routines
produce mediocre results in "muscle mass"
These are the facts that no one can deny.
To make a muscle grow larger (to increase muscle mass) you need a direct stimulus;
you need specific overload. If you started benching pressing 160 pounds (when
you started) and 6 years later you are bench pressing 170 pounds you are going
to look the same. And many of us are currently experiencing this phenomenon.
Many of us are still using the same weights(or close to it) and so we basically
look the same. If you are still using the same weighs as when you first started;
your pecs , shoulders and arms have no reason to get larger. In such a
case, this is so because you have not placed sufficient overload on them and
therefore not given them sufficient reason to change. In short they have no
reason to grow bigger beyond what is needed to lift 160 pounds.
On the other hand if you were to force your muscles to lift 200 to 300 pounds
beyond what they are used too, they would grow and guess what they would not
grow at a snails pace. Rather they would grow quickly because their very existence
is threatened. When the muscles are stressed
far beyond what they
are used to, they grow quickly , they adapt and overcompensate with new
"muscle mass". The term in bold is critical because it does not take
a 10 pound increase on your bench press to make extraordinary gains in muscle
mass on your chest, rather it takes 70-200 percent of your current max to really
make changes in muscle mass to happen.
Don't get confused about the many "muscle mass" training philosophies out there. they are really not needed and actually hinder your progress. The underlying fact is high rep training, superset's,and low rep etc training philosophies and other routines are all routines that really delay the growth of muscles. This is because there is no logic or scientific reasoning to them at all.
But there is
only one true muscle mass generating philosophy and that is "you have to
place a great overload on the muscles for it to respond. And once that is done
you must give the muscles and the body plenty
of recovery time for it to first recover and then respond with
the added muscle mass you desire.
"This
all sound's great" You might say AND many still will say "easier said
than done ...how can i lift 70 percent more WEIGHT than i am currently capable
off lifting ? The details of that can be found in the FastMuscles
Program
Remember muscles don't want to get bigger-It is too expensive for the body. EVen when the overload principle is USED THE right way, the body does all it can to prevent growth. That is why adequate rest is needed and not the "over eating or high volume approach philosophy" that is often suggested by supplements companies and many a muscle magazine.
Even when the overload principle is taken care off, there is still a great defense put up by the body(that is why you still fail to make decent progress when you lift only 10 percent more on your bench press) and that is where T.S.M comes in , it uses a technology that forces the body to produce the result and literally gives it no choice but to adapt.
