How To Develop Big Massive Bicep Muscles With
The Preacher Curl
Want big bicep muscles? Well this is it; I will show you how
to use one exercise top get big arms in no time
There are many bicep exercises you can use to build them up. Exercises
like Close-Grip Barbell Curls or Close-Grip Preachers are great. But
the one I like most is the poacher curl using a heavy weight
The preacher curls are concentration exercises but if you perform them
correctly they will develop big muscles fast
I like to perform what I call one rep with preacher curls. This works
as follows.
You set yourself up on a preacher bench with a weight that you can get
5 reps with. You will be using machine preacher curls or pulley preacher
curls. As they are stable and allow you to focus on the exercise
You will need a spotter to help you. Sit on the bench and have your
partner hand you the bar. Now perform just one repetition. Treat this
repetition as if it is your last bicep exercise. This means give a full
contraction and stretch, when you have done the perfect rep, rest for
10 seconds and perform that set again with the same weights and for
one rep, keep doing this until you hit failure, this is the point where
completing another rep is impossible. Your bicep will be pumped with
blood and you will have an intense bicep workout
Here is how it looks like
One set of one rep
Rest 10 seconds
One set of one rep
Rest 10 seconds
One set of one rep
Etc until you reach positive failure. At this point let your partner
help you complete another one rep of the bicep preacher curl
One set is all you need of this. If some correctly you will grow big
bicep muscles fast
