How to improve your Bicep
Fitness
To improve your bicep fitness means to make your biceps look better.
But what do we really mean when we say bicep fitness?
Well what is meant is the tone of the bicep the definition. This is
what is called bicep fitness. A lot men rush to the gym and start curling
all sort of weights in hope to get huge biceps and some do succeed.
But wait that’s only half the solution.
So now you have big biceps that doesn’t necessarily mean you have
a nice looking arm and this is where your bicep fitness comes into play.
If your bicep is not toned done and worked in a fitness style manner.
Meaning high reps controlled movement you will never be able to shape
your biceps in two good looking guns
So how do you improve bicep fitness? This is what this article is all
about. In a little while I will discuss how to get bicep fitness and
to turn your bicep from a huge blob to a respected commanding weapon.
After all bodybuilding is all about aesthetics and looks. So really
there's no point in having a huge bicep if it doesn’t look good
The first step to obtain bicep fitness is training method
What do I mean by training method? Well training for fitness is different
then training for mass. Fitness generally means ability to process oxygen
more efficiently and in a sense that’s what we have to do to get
the bicep toned down and ready to go. So one must now begin performing
lighter weights for higher reps. and I am talking 15 to 20 reps, controlled
movements with emphasis on full extension and full range of motion this
is how you obtain muscle fitness. So begin to perform moves not in 8
reps and 4 sets section but 20 reps and 4 sets section. This the proper
way to gain bicep fitness and to really get the bicep beauty out
The next thing am going to speak about is dieting and cardio
These two things together cannot be beat. Getting bicep fitness not
to mention overall fitness can be more than easy if you use these two
things together. So what about dieting? You need to cut down a little
bit on your food intake. There are thousands of diets to choose from
but it's best to stick to these main guidelines. Avoid heavy dinners,
stay away from fatty foods especially French fries and coke. Stay away
from sugary food. And with cardio be sure to perform cardio at least
3 times a week in combination to your weight training doing so will
only amplify results
Training hard and training properly combined with good dieting and cardio
will lead to nothing but Bicep fitness and muscle fitness, and that
means nothing but have a great looking arm
