Female Biceps Body BuilderDouble-Bicep Cable Curls and Squatted Cable Curls Female biceps body builder must have well built arms. The arms should stand apart from the other parts of the body. But the body must have an overall balanced development. To get big arms, you should work to develop the arms in its entirety, and not just the biceps. The arms have muscles like Biceps Brachii, which is a two-headed muscle that originates under the Deltoid and inserts below the elbow; the Triceps Brachii is a three-headed muscle that attaches underneath the Deltoid and below the elbow. Both these muscles work in opposition. The forearms contain a lot of muscles in the lower arm known as flexors and extensors, which control the movement of the hand and wrist. Your workout should aim to work all the muscles for balanced development and become a star female biceps body builder. If you are an advanced female biceps body builder, start your workouts to get big arms with the Preacher Curls. Warm up for about two sets and perform four heavy sets of three reps each. Try the drop set next. Start with the heavy weight and drop every time and try to reach failure. Try to drop about five times. After that, move on to the Double-Bicep Cable Curls and Squatted Cable Curls. Perform 3 supersets with 25 reps on each exercise. Choose light weight when doing these supersets to become a well built female biceps body builder. |
