If you should strength train your arms two to three times a week for eight weeks you can stand to gain 1.75 pounds of lean weight or muscle and lose 3.5 pounds of fat. Weight training is also a good option because the build up of muscle boosts the metabolism and this in turn burns calories faster. Work those muscles not just to lose weight but also to get huge arms. |
