You too can become a big biceps flexing woman by working on the overall development of the body including the biceps. The muscles of the arms consist of the Biceps Brachii and the Triceps Brachii and other muscles in the lower arms. The Biceps Brachii is a two-headed muscle that starts from beneath the Deltoid and joins below the elbow. Triceps Brachii is a three-headed muscle that attaches under the Deltoid and joins below the elbow.

To build the arms' muscles of Biceps Brachii and Triceps Brachii, start with 3 sets of Preacher Curls. Move on to the machine curls and perform six to eight reps to become a big biceps flexing woman.

If you want to become a biceps flexing woman, perform 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps of the Standing Barbell Curls, Alternating Dumbbell Curls and Concentration Curls. If the results are not satisfactory, try doing 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps of EZ Bar Curls, Incline Dumbbell Curls and Lying Overhead Cable Curls. If you are still not satisfied with the results try doing 3 sets of 4 to 6 reps of Biceps Machine Curls, Cable Curls and Lying Dumbbell Curls.
