A Perfect Workout To Obtain Arnold Schwarzenegger Biceps
I don’t think there is a bodybuilder in the world who wouldn’t want Arnold Schwarzenegger biceps. Back in prime his biceps where one the roundest and fullest out there. So what was his secret? Arnold Schwarzenegger had many secrets and methods but the core of his secret is a perfect and rounded workout. In bodybuilding it's all about the workout. If you have a workout that can push you to your limits and help you grow. Because in bodybuilding if your not growing your not winning. So what are the characteristics of a perfect workout that can give you Arnold Schwarzenegger biceps? Well a perfect workout has to be rounded. It has to be complete. First and most importantly it has to begin with a core bicep movement. A movement that you can go heavy with. A movement that focuses on bicep but doesn’t restrict the movement of the whole body. Why. Well core movements generate the most GH (growth hormone) in the targeted muscle. The more GH the bigger the muscle will grow. And you must start with the core move when you are fresh so you can lift the most. Don’t forget the heavier you lift the bigger the muscle grows. And your biceps have to be big if they are going to resemble anything like Arnold Schwarzenegger's biceps. So a core move like standing Bicep curl You should do 4 sets of 12,8,6,6. You must go heavy in each set. For example the first set you must go to 12. Don’t finish 12 reps feeling comfortable. You should use a heavy enough weight that will cause you to fail at 12. You should be struggling at your last rep. this is the proper way to lift. And this is the method that you should follow through out all your workouts. So now you are done with the heavy core move. Taking each one to failure. Not beyond. But right to failure. After that is time for a concentration move. A move that you can just squeeze the definition into your biceps with. A move such as one handed preacher curls. You should perform these for 4 sets 15 reps each. Squeeze the muscle at every curl. Because the forearms are a really neglected part of the arm and they add to the look of the bicep.
