The Best Way To Develop Your Biceps And Truly Make Them Big Is Work Biceps Directly After Back

Back and Biceps

A fast and effective way to develop your biceps and make them bigger is to hit them directly after back. Why is this?

Well because the main secondary muscle or the muscle that is involved most when performing back is the biceps. Especially if you do compound moves like barbell rows and chin ups. You biceps will be put under a lot of stress. So it is only logical that after you have performed your grueling back workout and your biceps have already been stressed you directly finish them of.

Now I know sometime after a good back workout you are probably exhausted but if you are and if you indeed had just been a through a good back workout then most definitely your biceps are tired to meaning they wont need a lot of moves. Two moves would suffice.

I suggest you do barbell curls along side alternating dumbbell curls as follows
Barbell curls 4sets 8.10,10,10
Alternating dumbbell curls 4sets 8,8,8,8

Do this directly after every back workout as these are two nice core bicep moves and will help you develop big biceps fast.

There is also an advantage in training biceps with back. You see by doing that you can probably hit biceps by it self on another day. And the more days you manage to effectively train biceps the bigger they will react and the bigger they will grow. So performing these two moves after back will also free you up for another bicep day

Be warned do not perform or undergo a bicep workout the very next day after your back bicep workout. Rather make sure you have at least two days rest in between bicep workouts. This rest is crucial if you really want to develop big, solid and ripped biceps. Because you do need hard work to build big biceps but you also need sufficient rest if you want your muscles to grow?

So try this method of working your biceps. The overload on your biceps after the back workout combined with the extra bicep session is sure help your biceps explode and give you the look you want and the look you deserve.
