Having nice biceps makes the arm look perfect because of it gives it that overall arm fullness The triceps makes up 3/4s of the arm so there is no doubt that for a bigger arms the triceps is very important. But that doesn’t mean you will have an aesthetically pleasing arm. An arm that looks good! Rather having only good triceps make the arm bloat and makes it look one sided as the triceps stretches backward leaving the biceps (if small) looking like a straight line. If your goal is to have a nice looking arm that makes the women want
you and the men to envy you, your goal should be to hit the biceps a
little bit more than you do your triceps. Do not get me wrong , I don’t
mean you should neglect your triceps. The best way to help the biceps catch up is not necessary add more volume per workout. Of course that should also be an option that you should explore but rather try for quantity of workouts. What I mean by quantity of workouts is try train the biceps twice maybe even three times a week if possible. You see the bicep is a smaller muscle. What that actually means is that it recovers much faster than a larger muscle like back for instance. This means you can afford to train it more often. In the arm the biceps are the most fun to train so it should be of no annoyance to train it more often. This constant overload of biceps will help it catch up to its brothers the triceps. Which compared to the biceps are a bigger muscle. So achieving muscle fullness in your bicep can change your whole body. There is nothing more blessing then squeezing your biceps and seeing a mountain emerge from your arm . it is true a fulfilling feeling
