Having said that there are sometimes in bodybuilding certain method that get the job faster than others. Certain ways that allow you to pack on muscle as fat as you possible can. And I am about to share such a method with you.

You see the biceps can be a problem area for a lot of people and developing that groove on the biceps is long sought after by almost all bodybuilders. I mean common will anyone deny that he want big biceps. But its much harder than that. Some people need a lot of work and a lot of time to get big biceps. To develop that sought after groove. But there is always a way

Through hard work and applying this method this one sole method you can help take your biceps to the next level and get the arms that you truly want.
So what is this method?
I call it the "heavy light attack ". Using this method you can shock your biceps into new growth. And in just a little time you can have that groove on your biceps that you so desire. So how do you perform this method?

Simple. Lets for example take the Standing barbell curl and the Standing dumbbell curl.
To perform the heavy light attack method start by loading the Standing barbell curl with weights that allow you to fail at 6 reps. Meaning heavy weights. Weights that really force to push your self to finish 6 reps. Now that you have shocked your biceps with this heavy weight you instantly drop your weights and pick up the dumbbell which will be of a light weight and continue to perform reps from the 15 to 20 range burning your biceps into submission.

This method is a combination of a drop set and superset and it works fantastically on your biceps. The pain you will feel is an real and that just tells you that you are on your way. This is the kind of training that really carves the groove on your biceps.
The heavy weights serve to add mass and at the same time the light weights serve to rip your biceps up giving you the perfect looking biceps.

Standing barbell curl 3 sets 6, 6, 6
Super set
Standing dumbbell curl 3 sets 15, 20, 20

Preacher curls 3 sets 6, 6, 8
Super set
Machine curls 3 sets 20, 20, 20

Hammer axe curls 3 sets 6, 6, 6
Super set
Dumbbell hammer curl 3 sets 20, 15, 15


This is a very solid and intense workout and you need to truly focus and work hard if you wish to complete it. But stick to and soon you will have that deep groove running along your biceps
