Now to start your no weights bicep routine. Grip the bar with an underhand grip. By underhand I mean palms facing towards you. Your hand placement is very important so let your hands be 6 inches apart. Don’t let the space be more than that, because the wider you go the more back is involved and you are trying to hit your biceps as much as possible. Now pull yourself up explosively and then slowly lower yourself down for a count of 5. Doing this will severally work your biceps and you yourself will feel the pressure. You see no weights required to work your bicep. Only body weight. Try and aim for a certain number of reps. Lets say for example you want to perform 50 reps. Do as many sets of as many reps as you would like to reach that number .remember to push yourself hard . That’s the only way you will ever grow.
