there are an elite number of moves that are proven to be the best and
below I will display the best exercises for biceps that you can use

has become very obvious through my experience that the best exercises
for biceps are the basic moves. No need to do complex moves.
Standing barbell curl
Hold the bar at shoulder width with an underhand grip. Now from the
position and without using your whole body. Curl the weight till it
reaches shoulder height. Now hold the contraction and slowly lower the
weight by reversing the movement. And repeat. Don’t use momentum
until you cannot compete anymore reps with proper form .only then is
cheating allowed. This is a very solid exercise for biceps
Preacher curls
Sitting on a preacher bench grip the bar at shoulders width. The benefits
of the preacher curls is that it limits assisting muscles and help put
all the pressure right on the biceps this is an excellent exercise for
biceps and that’s why . Now from the starting position, curl the
weight up until you reach full contraction. Hold that for a second then
reverse the movement slowly till you reach full extension. Then repeat.
One arm cable curls
This is a total isolation movement. Place a handle at the bottom of
a cable machine. Now stand erect with the arm holding the handle to
your side. Now slowly curl your arms and twist your arms away from your
body for full contraction
Dumbbell alternate curl
Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Standing erect. Curl one arm until it
reaches full contraction now reverse the movement. As soon as that arm
reaches starting position curl your other arm and do the same. Don’t
swing the dumbbells utilize this exercise for Biceps to its full efficiency.
