Biceps is seriously over looked when it comes to baseball. I don’t think any baseball directly trains the bicep. Granted the bicep in it self may not do to much on its on when it come to baseball. But you have to understand one crucial thing. When it comes to swinging the bat or pitching the baseball an overall movement and an overall neuromuscular connection is needed. Meaning your whole body needs to be in sync.

For your momentum to travel from your whole body to your arms to the bat or from your whole body to you arms to the ball for the pitch. the energy must pass through your biceps as it is part of your arms. And the body is simply like a chain link any weak point and the whole thing will falter. So if you really want to be the best baseball player you can truly be then you need to train your biceps as well. You don’t have to hit three times a week and over load but performing a simple bicep routine will do nothing but increase pitch strength and bat swing power.

Standing barbell bicep curl 4 sets 12,12,15,15
Stand erect with knees bent. Grip the barbell loaded with the desired weight. Curl the bar till you reach full contraction hold the contraction for a second and return slowly to the starting position

Alternating standing dumbbell curls 4 sets 15,15,15,15
Pick up two dumbbells one in each hand. choose the desired weight that will take you to the prescribed reps.curl one dumbbell to full contraction, hold that for a second then return to starting position. Then bring the other hand up and do the same. As you see this routine Is very simple but is a perfect bicep routine for baseball. So stick to it there is just one more move to go

Hammer dumbbell curls 4 sets 12,12,12,12
Hold a dumbbell in each hand. with palms facing forward. Now curl the dumbbell n that position till you reach full contraction then return slowly to the starting position and repeat for the other arm. And repeat

So this simple biceps program will do wonders for your baseball game. Your arm power and strength will sky rocket because you have finally connected the whole chain.
