I must admit that I was really skeptical.
You should see how much money I’ve wasted on workout
Systems which promise big results but provide none. What convinced me though is that I read an article written by you on training the calf muscle. I must admit that I was skeptical of this training method as well, but since it was a free article, I thought I would give it a try. I trained my claves just once a fortnight, one set, very heavy donkey calf raises, and that was it. It has only been a month so far (two training sessions), but my calves are already larger
And I am getting comments.
